Yes, All our products are custom made to suit your home/build. We go to great lengths to make sure we choose the right product for your place, so we want to make sure that our products fit perfectly too.

Yes, we are. We believe it is important to choose a company that is licenced, to give you the peace of mind that when it comes to your renovations, they will manage it from start to finish with your best intentions.

Our contractor licence is 250677C.

We offer a 5 year warranty on all our products.

Note that Sunteca will agree to repair or replace the product/s and/or parts free of charge during the warranty period.

Service calls and labour are not covered under the product warranty and associated service charges and fees including re-installation and electrical works will be chargeable.

Yes, we require payment of 50% as a deposit on acceptance of the quotation.

The balance is due on installation or delivery of goods.

Note that installation or delivery of goods will not be carried out without full final payment.

We accept payments by direct credit transfer as well as Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cash or Cheque.

Note that credit card payments will incur a 1.5% fee.

What is the lead time on your products?2024-08-28T00:53:38+10:00

As we sell a range of different products for both your internal and external window needs.

Each of our products are custom made so the lead time will vary depending either the product and the time of year.

Average  lead times as a guide:

Internal products (Roller Blinds, Curtains, Roman Blinds etc., allow 2-4 weeks (making sure the fabric is in stock)

Internal shutters, 8-10 weeks

External awnings/roof systems/louvre roofs/blinds, 4-6 weeks

External Venetians, 6-8 weeks.

Do you remove my existing window coverings?2024-08-28T00:54:47+10:00

Yes, we can organise for the removal of existing window coverings for an extra charge. Please let us know if this is needed when we are preparing your quote.

Do you have a showroom for us to visit?2024-08-28T00:54:17+10:00

We have built our business on being a mobile showroom, where we bring our samples and fabrics out to you.

We believe this helps us choose the right product for your home, as we can see what style and idea you are going for when we are at your place and are able to pair it with something beautiful.

Most of our suppliers have showrooms available, which are by appointment only. So if you want to see your product on display we can meet you there after we’ve had our initial consult at your place.
